The Process
The project is assigned to a Project Director who is responsible for overseeing every aspect of the Kitchen and Laundry building contract
Engineering Team sets forth the direction of Project by initiating the due diligence of site dimensions, conditions, and energy requirements, safety and quality protocol. It evolves final engineering layout drawing working in tandem with other agencies namely Project Management Company (PMC), Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) Consultants, Heating Ventilation and Air-conditioning (HVAC) Consultants, and Architect for approval with Kitchen Equipment Planners (KEC) and Principal Client. In this process, we leverage our strong alliances with leading food equipments brands to suggest value engineering.
Procurement. Our Project logistics experts specialize in designing and managing this complex process. We will design logistics model to assist with freight budget that balance business objectives with cost-effective, executable operational plan.
